A new part of Seattle’s Denny Triangle neighborhood, Ivey on Boren was built as a rejuvenating oasis within the hustle and bustle of in-town living.

Opened in 2022, at 475 feet, Ivey spans 44 floors and offers residential living for studio, multi-bedroom, and penthouse units on the site adjacent to Cornish’s Raisbeck Performance Hall – formerly Norway Hall, built in 1915.
